Hi, I've worn an earring since I was 10 years old and had the second in my
left lobe since I was 12. In my experience women either go crazy for them,
or do not like them at all. There seems to be no middle ground. My wife
belongs to the first group and loves playing with them. A friend of mine
wears three in his left and one in his right ear. He has some stories to
tell, so I know there is something in this!

Hi Bandit and others: A quick update from my last post- I started by
wearing two 2.5 inch hoops in each ear, I continued wear tiny studs in my
other holes. As mentioned earlier, I have five holes in each ear plus one
more on top on my left. My BF loved it. The other day, we were at the
movies and he kept playing with my hoops - it felt wonderful!! Midway, I
removed one of my hoops from my left ear and put it on his left ear ( He
has his left pierced and usually wears a stud.) Now it was my turn to play
with his hoop. Both of us enjoyed it, he said he loved the feeling of
large hoops. Anyway after the movie, we went shopping for earrings. I
noticed a pair of very heavy, chunky 2 inchers, my BF tried it on his left
and liked it. Both of us felt that only one large hoop looked goofy, so he
got his other ear pierced. We have not tried the hoops on his right as yet
- need to wait a couple of weeks!! I also got myself four pairs of half
inch hoops for my other holes. The upper holes in my ears are pretty small
and I like to keep them that way (they are only a year old) I am afraid to
try anything larger. The next day I put on my new hoops for my BF - Two
large 2.5 inchers in each ear, 3 half inchers in each ear above the large
ones. I kept my stud in my top piercing on my left. I have been wearing
then for about 10 days non stop - I think I have a perpetual grin on my
face!! Looking forward to the large chunkies on my BF in a couple of
weeks.

L - Thanks for the link. I'm going to order some of those hoops for my GF.
She has 3 holes in each ear. Interestingly, she had only a single hole in
each ear until I suggested to her that multiple hoops looked really sexy.
What influenced you to get your multiple holes?

My Girl Friend must have liked L's entry on 10/01/2002. She turned up at
my place on Friday night wearing a pair of fairly chunky 2 inch hoop
earrings, she normally wears studs or buttons.
She also had a present for me, I opened it, a pair of the exact same
earrings, this is the first time I have worn large (okay large for a boy)
earrings for an extended period of time. I admit it was a bit weird us
wearing matching earrings all weekend but the feel of them dangling from

I bet L and her BF can't wait for his other ear to heal.
We will take out the large hoops very last minute before going to work
today, GF's office is very conservative so it's unlikely large hoops are
accepted. However I will go back to wearing earrings (small hoops) to work
for the first time in two years, after the weekend I couldn't have an
earringsless day again. I'll let you know how it goes.

again I ask, please tell us the whole thing! My mind swims in wonder. Let

Hey Kim - nice pic of the ear, despite no earrings. Two holes is great in
each ear, but of course we would say to get another earring somewhere.
L - I can only imagine how cool it would be to play with those ears. Most
of my dates have been very boring lately - only 2 earrings and no hoops.
I may have to get another earring for myself instead of relying on the
women around me...ha!

I love the look of large hoop earrings, but I am scared of them. I know
you guys all say they're safe but they just look like they beg to get
caught on something and hurt me. I even bought a pair of really big ones,
but I only put them on for a couple of minutes before I chickened out. My
ears just looked so vulnerable. After reading a little on the site, it
sounds like if anyone could talk me through this, it would be you guys!

Hi there! Do you know where we can find the big hoops with an
initial in the center? Lots of music celebs wear them...such as Alicia
Keys' "A" in the middle of her silver hoops. Rapper Eve has her
whole name in 'em. Please tell me if you know where we can find them. I
live in L.A. for heaven's sake and have not found them! ;)

I would just love to have a big, fat hoop like J-lo's wearing to slip
through my ear! I bet those feel really cool! Am I seeing things, or do
those earrings go in backwards? Oh, and I like your new email page!

I would like the girls out there to give me suggestions. My G/F has one
hole in each ear, but I would really like for her to get ears pierced at
least two more times in each ear, that would be three in each ear.I would
like suggestions on how to suggest to her to get this done. Thanks

Hi Codyduster, My boyfriend used to stroke my ear and bite it so sensually
that it was a real turn on. I had my ears pierced just once each and I am
really conservative and never wanted more. But when he did this to me, it
made me want to pierce them again. My lobe was just crying out to be
pierced. One night, he pierced my left ear again with a pin, and then put
in a large hoop. I just love the clinking of my two earrings as they
jangle together. At first, I never wore the second earring out of the
house, but now sometimes I do. I would like to get a third hole in my left
ear too, but never would have thought of this before. Maybe you could
bring your girlfriend round this way. Let me know her reaction.

CODYDUSTER - Have you told your gf that you think multiple ear piercings
are cool/sexy/whatever? I think talking to her may surprise you. If you
mention to her that you think multiple ear piercings are sexy, she might
get the hint and surprise you. Good luck.

stuff like that there,and its not all old ppl stuff, i buy alot of big
jewlry there, because that is really popular now, please give the girls my

I was reading an up market magazine in the dentist's waiting room. In an
ad there was a picture of a tall women (a turn on of mine), with long
curly hair (another turn on), smoking a cigar (a big turn on) wearing
gorgeous large gold hoops than came halfway down her neck (the biggest
turn-on of all), which looked wonderful set against her chocolate colour
hair and Mediterranean skin. Arrrgggg!!! I was in ecstasy!

Guys and Girls - A quick update:
My BFs ear has finally healed (he pierced his right about 4 weeks ago, his
left is already pierced - seem my post of 10/1) He came over for the
weekend on Friday, and I put on the 2 inch CHUNKY hoops on him right away.
They look really cool on him. I played with them a lot all thru the
weekend. This morning I changed his earring into his tiny studs again for
the workweek. Looking forward to the weekend again!
I am still wearing my two 2.5 inchers followed by three half inch hoops
each of my ears. But all that is about to change- my BF and I have made a
pact, he "owns" my ears during the weekends and I
"own" his. Will keep you all updated!! Codyduster: Tell your GF
that you would love to see more earrings on her - better yet, take her to
get her ears multiple pierced. Just over a year ago, I had just 2 per ear,
then my BF told me that multiple pierced ears were a big turn on for him
... I now have 11 holes in my ears.
